Step 2: Setting up your Rescue Plan
You will be placed under Debt Review and legally protected from your credit providers once your rescue plan has been approved. You will pay one reduced monthly payment, which will be distributed to your creditors. Your essential living expenses will be taken into consideration, leaving you with enough money to cover these expenses. We’ll inform all your Credit Providers and the Credit Bureaus that you are under Debt Review, protecting your assets from legal action by creditors.
Step 3: Debt Repayment Plan
Your debt counsellor will create a new repayment plan that combines all your debts into one monthly instalment. Once your plan is approved, you will be placed under Debt Review and legally protected from your credit providers. You’ll pay one reduced monthly payment, tailored to your budget, with enough money left to cover your essential living expenses.
Step 4: Financial Freedom
Once your debts are paid off, you receive a clearance certificate, and your credit profile is updated. You will be able to re-enter the credit market with a clean record.
